Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Swift Physio Centre website or booking any of our clinical services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swift Physio Centre.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Swift Physio Centre website (swiftphysiocentre.co.za) or by booking and receiving any of our clinical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Swift Physio Centre provides physiotherapy, clinical pilates, chiropractic, biokinetics, shockwave therapy, and pain intervention services at 501 Jochemus Street, Wolwespruit Bicycle Park, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. All clinical services are provided by registered healthcare professionals and are subject to individual practitioner–patient agreements and the applicable Health Professions Act (No. 56 of 1974) and its subsidiary regulations.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or via WhatsApp. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend without notice ("no-show") may result in a cancellation fee. Swift Physio Centre reserves the right to charge a fee equal to the scheduled consultation rate for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Payment & Medical Aid
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept all major medical aids and will bill at the applicable medical aid rates with no additional co-payments or hidden costs. Cash, EFT, and major credit cards are also accepted. For medical aid claims, it is your responsibility to ensure that your plan covers the services rendered and to obtain any required pre-authorisation or referral letters.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a direct clinical service is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Gauteng Division, Pretoria.
