Do I need a doctor’s referral?expand_more
No, you can book directly with us as a private patient. However, if you plan to claim from medical aid, some specific plans may require a referral.
What is your cancellation policy?expand_more
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients on our waiting list.
Can I claim from medical aid?expand_more
Yes! We accept ALL medical aids. All inclusive — medical aid rates with no additional or hidden costs. We also accept credit cards.
